Jammu and Kashmir: Three-yr-old dies after drowning in Kupwara

Srinagar, Jun 10 (UNI) A 3-year-old boy died after drowning in a well in the north Kashmir district of Kupwara, official sources said on Monday morning.

They said Usman Farooq, son of Farooq Ahmad Khan was playing with other children at village Devar Mergi Lolab on Sunday evening when he suddenly fell into a well.


However, other family members immediately rescued him and shifted to hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
