Jammu and Kashmir: Gunmen shot Barber in Tral

Srinagar, Mar 29 (UNI) A barber was shot at and critically wounded by unidentified gunmen in Tral area of south Kashmir district of Pulwama, official sources said on Friday.

They said a group of unidentified gunmen fired upon a 27-year-old Manzoor Ahmad Hajam, a resident of Midoora Khangund, at Hajam Mohalla Tral on Thursday night.

The injured was immediately rushed to the local hospital from where he was referred to Srinagar in a critical condition.

A police spokesman said Hajam was running a barber shop at Tral.

A case has been registered and a massive hunt has been launched to nab the gunmen.
