I have recovered: President Mukherjee
New Delhi, Dec 14 (IBNS): President Pranab Mukherjee, who underwent an angioplasty operation, on Sunday said he has recovered and will return to work soon.
Quoting Mukherjee, the official twitter handle of theRashtrapati Bhavan tweeted: "Grateful for all the thoughts, wishes &prayers for my good health; I have recovered & am hoping to return to work soon #PresidentMukherjee."
Mukherjee was admitted to a hospital in New Delhi on Saturday.
He has underwent an angioplasty, reports said.
Mukherjee is 79-year-old.
