Four terrorists killed during gun battle with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir

New Delhi, Apr 1 (IBNS): At least four suspected terrorists were killed during a gun battle with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district on Monday, media reports said.

Colonel Rajesh Kalia was quoted as saying by Hindustan Times that several weapons and “warlike stores” have been recovered from the encounter site in Lassipora area of Pulwama.

The Army did not confirm to the media that whether its personnel were injured in the incident.

Kashmir Police Zone earlier tweeted: " #Pulwama #encounter update: Encounter in progress. Details shall follow. @JmuKmrPolice."
