New Delhi, June 23 (IBNS): A Mumbai-based lawyer has filed an FIR again Congress president Rahul Gandhi for his tweet on Army dogs performing yoga on International Yoga Day with the caption "New India".

He said Rahul Gandhi has indulged in "public mischief" with the "intention to disrespect out (sic) Army" in his complaint.

Dubey uploaded a picture of the complaint on Twitter.

On June 21, the International Yoga Day, Rahul Gandhi has posted the tweet that had invited criticism from various quarters.

Union home minister Amit Shah had tweeted: "Congress stands for negativity. Today, their negativity was seen in their clear support to the medieval practice of Triple Talaq. Now, they mock Yoga Day and insult our forces (yet again!). Hoping the spirit of positivity will prevail. It can help overcome toughest challenges."
