Ex-Congress minister Krishna Tirath joins BJP
New Delhi, Jan 19 (IBNS): Former Union minister and Congress leader Krishna Tirath on Monday joined the Bharatiya Janata party (BJP).
Tirath met BJP president Amit Shah on Monday morning
Tirath is a Delhi veteran and has been a Congress legislator and an MP. She also served as the union minister of state for women and child development in the erstwhile Manmohan Singh-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government.
