Eight killed, 25 injured in road accident on Agra-Lucknow Expressway

Mainpuri, Apr 21 (UNI): At least 8 people have been killed and more than 25 passengers injured after a bus rammed into a truck on Agra-Lucknow Expressway in Karhal area on Sunday morning.

According to police, a bus, on its way to Varanasi from New Delhi, met with an accident near milestone 87.

As per preliminary reports the lapses were on bus drivers part.

The injured have been rushed to Saifai, PGI hospital while the condition of 10 passengers is said to be critical.

The identities of the deceased were yet to be determined.
