According to reports, the IPS official has been replaced by the SP of Counter Insurgency Force (CIF), WB HQ at Durgapur, K. Sabari Raj Kumar.

Ajeet Singh Yadav has been transferred to the post of SP of CIF, WB HQ at Durgapur.

Earlier on Apr 10, hundreds of people gathered at a mosque in Murshidabad to offer Friday prayers, flouting lockdown restrictions, social distancing norms and other precautionary measures.
