CM Yogi Adityanath asks for detailed report of Unnao fire case

Gorakhpur, Oct 7 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of Unnao fire incident in which a girl was charred during ‘Kanya Bhoj’ and asked officers concerned to submit a detailed report within 24 hours.

CM Yogi has expressed profound grief over the death of a girl in the tragic incident. He has instructed officers concerned to provide proper medical assistance to the injured three girls in the incident.

CM Yogi has also announced an ex-gratia of Rs two lakhs for the family of deceased girl and instructed district magistrate and superintendent of police to submit the detailed report within 24 hours.

A general merchant in Unnao district had called for 'Kanya Bhoj' at his house on Navami. He had stocked petrol-diesel at his house illegally for selling. During 'Bhoj' fire broke out and a girl was charred to death in that incident.
