New Delhi: The Supreme Court refused to hear former Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram's plea on an urgent basis as the Congress veteran is staring at an arrest in connection with INX media cases, media reports said.

The top court said it will take up the matter when it will be listed.

Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said he can't take up the case as he is busy in the Ayodhya case.

Also a lookout notice has been issued by the CBI for Chidambaram.
