Bihar: Huge consignment of spirit seized
Khagaria, Apr 17 (UNI) Police seized huge consignment of spirit in Jaiprabha locality under Chautham police station area in Khagaria district today.
Police said here that 30,000 litres of spirit were seized from a lorry on National Highway 107 during checking of vehicles.
Sources said the lorry driver made good his escape by abandoning his vehicle on the spot.
Further investigation was on.
