Bihar: Explosion rocks building, two die

Chhapra: At least two people were killed while some others sustained injuries in a huge explosion in a building at Khodaibagh village under Khaira police station area in Saran district of Bihar.

Police said here that crackers were being manufactured illegally in a building at Khodaibagh village when the explosion took place killing two people on the spot.

 Some others sustained injuries in the incident, police added.

"Some parts of the building got damaged and developed cracks while fire also broke out in other portion", police said adding that deceased had not been identified as yet.

Injured had been admitted to a local hospital.

Police further said the case is currently being investigated.
