Bihar: Businessman stabbed to death

Gopalganj, Jun 5 (UNI) Unidentified criminals stabbed a businessman to death at Barari Jagdish village under Uchkagaon police station area in the district last night.

Police said here today that outlaws attacked the businessman Shankar Sah (50), a native of Barari Jagdish village by taking him to an isolated place with a knife when the marriage ceremony of his daughter was going on at his house. The businessman died on the spot. Sources said Mr Sah was a scrap dealer in Himachal Pradesh.

Police said the body has been sent to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital for autopsy. On the basis of FIR filed by the deceased's wife Pramila Devi, police arrested a suspect in this connection.
