Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal orders probe into Baghjan oil field fire incident

Guwahati/IBNS: Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has ordered a probe into the Baghjan oil field fire incident which took place in Assam's Tinsukia district on Tuesday.

Sonowal has directed Additional Chief Secretary of the state government Maninder Singh to submit the inquiry report within 15 days.

The fire is yet to get doused.

The NDRF team on Wednesday recovered the dead bodies of two firefighters from the site.
