Hyderabad, July 21 (IBNS) In a shocking incident, a video showing visually-impaired children being allegedly caned by the school principal has surfaced from the Kakinada town in Andhra Pradesh.
The children are seen and heard screaming as well as begging to be spared.

The video showed the teacher canning mercilessly even as the children pleaded.

Although the video became public, it is still not clear who filmed it using a cellphone.
