Actor Shreejith Ravi arrested for displaying nudity to minor girls

Thrissur/UNI: Actor Sreejith Ravi was arrested on Thursday for exhibiting nudity in front of two school girls at SN Park.

The actor has been arrested under Section 11 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act.

The actor, who was arrested by Thrissur West Police, will be produced before the court, sources said.

The actor was seated inside his car before coming out to show his genitals in front of two minor girls, according to the police.

The POCSO case was registered against the actor two days ago following a complaint from the children alleging that the actor displayed nudity to them at SN Park.

The first time Sreejith Ravi was booked for displaying nudity was in 2016 when a group of 14 school going girls from Palakkad alleged the same, according to media reports.

He had been granted bail at that time, as per media reports.
