Accept SC ruling on Ayodhya, urges BSP chief Mayawati

Lucknow/UNI: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati has appealed all political parties and leaders to be at peace with Supreme Court's ruling over Ayodhya matter and said that the apex court should be given all the credit to end this decades-long dispute.

In a series of tweets on Wednesday morning, Mayawati said that her party had always said that they will accept the ruling of the Supreme court on the issue. "Now that the apex court has given its ruling in the favour of Ram temple, there should not be any politics or opposition".

It is unfortunate that the Ayodhya had to witness a dispute for so long but at last, the verdict of the court has ended all the bitterness, she said.

She further said that the verdict of the SC has also put an end to the politics and today when the foundation stone of the Ram temple is being laid, all credit should be given to the court.
