New Delhi, Oct 2 (IBNS) Aam Aadmi Party workers, including supremo Arvind Kejriwal, were seen picking up brooms and cleaning up several parts of New Delhi in a bid to show their commitment for a clean India on Thursday.

"@ArvindKejriwal starts #AAPCleans campaign in his assembly. Working together with safari karamcharis," AAP tweeted.

The party, however, did not join any government sponsored event.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday launched the 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' in New Delhi.
