16441 WY tablets seized in Manipur’s Moreh

Guwahati, Sept 12 (IBNS): A combined team of Assam Rifles and Moreh police seized huge quantity of contraband drugs in Manipur’s Moreh town area on Wednesday evening.

The security personnel had apprehended two juveniles from Chavangphai Veng area in Moreh town and seized 16441 WY tablets in possession from them.

The minors had used Kenbo (Burmese made) vehicle to carry the contraband drugs.

The seized contraband items and vehicle along with the apprehended juveniles were handed over to Moreh police station for further investigation.
