Indian Army sets up satellite-based Internet service at Siachen

The Indian Army set up satellite-based Internet service on the Siachen Glacier on Sunday.

Fire & Fury Corps of the Indian Army posted on Twitter: " Satellite based internet service activated on the #SiachenGlacier at 19,061 feet, the World's Highest Battlefield, by the Siachen Signallers."

An image of the event was also shared on the page.

Siachen is the  highest battlefield in the world.
