Mumbai/IBNS: The Mumbai Police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters and others following actress Rhea Chakraborty's complaint alleging that the late actor was prescribed drugs without consultation, media reports said.

The FIR has been registered against Sushant's sisters Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh and Dr Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.

Sushant's girlfriend Rhea, the prime accused in the actor's death case, stated in her complaint that Sushant died within five days after receiving "this unlawful prescription".

She lodged the complaint with Mumbai Police, alleging that the prescription depicted Sushant as an OPD patient in the Delhi hospital whereas he was in Mumbai on Jun 8, the day she left Sushant's home, the report said.

Meanwhile, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB)'s questioning of Rhea for the probe into the drug angle surrounding the death case of Sushant is underway on Tuesday.

This is the third consecutive day where Rhea is getting quizzed by the NCB.

Meanwhile, the actress' brother Showik Chakraborty and Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda, who were arrested by the NCB under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, have been remanded to NCB till Sept 9.

The NCB has also arrested Dipesh Sawant, the house helper of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, in connection with the case.

NCB is the third central agency to join the probe into the death of Sushant, after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

The NCB got into action after the Enforcement Directorate came across chats pertaining to drug consumption, procurement, usage and transportation in connection with the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.

Sushant was found dead at his own flat in Mumbai's Bandra on Jun 14.
