With speedy development, improved law and order is needed: Yogi

Varanasi, Jun 23 (UNI): Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed officials concerned to speed-up development initiatives and improve law and order situation in state.

Official sources here on Sunday said that Mr Yogi reached here on Saturday night and held a review meeting on progress of development initiatives and instructed senior police officials to improve the law and order situation.

The CM instructed commissioner and district magistrates to conduct inspections and hold weekly review meetings. He said that DMs and senior police officers should also conduct public meetings regularly.

He also instructed to complete all development projects within time frame and accountability of quality should be maintained. He asked officials to update progress report regularly.
