The Exit Poll results are on the expected line: BS Yeddyurappa

Bengaluru, May 20(UNI) Opposition leader in Karnataka Legislative Assembly B S Yeddyurappa, who is also BJP State President, today underlined that the Exit Poll results are on the expected line.

Speaking to newsmen after participating in a special pooja held at the party State headquarter 'Jaganath Bhavan' here on Monday, he said "the Exit poll results are on the expected lines".

“Nobody can prevent Prime Minister Narendra Modi from continuing to be in power at the Centre and BJP bouncing back to power in Karnataka,” he added.
He said “the People of the country have endorsed the leadership of Modi and hence have voted in favor of the BJP”.

In the special pooja several party Legislators including Dattatreya Patil, Dr Ashwathnarayan, State General Secretary Ravikumar, among others were present in the Homa and Havana performed.

The mood in the 'Jaganath Bhavan' was of an upbeat, as almost all the Agencies, which had conducted the exit-poll on Lok Sabha election had given promising results in favor of the Saffron party.

During the Special Puja, which lasted for about one hour, prayers were also offered for good rain in Karnataka, which is reeling under severe drought condition, apart from political power to Narendra Modi at the Center and to Yeddyurappa in Karnataka.
