Tech billionaire Elon Musk-owned X (previously known as Twitter) appears to be down for hundreds of users across India.

The outage seems to have occurred on both the x.com website as well as the app in Android and iOS platforms.

According to Downdetector, which tracks downtime on popular platforms, user reports of the outage spiked to over 1,300 around 5:15 pm, indicating the scale of the disruption. The problems are mostly related to Feed (47%), Website (30%) and Server Connection issues (23%), reported The Economic Times

X has not issued any official statement on the matter so far.

As users tried to visit the website, a message was seen which reads: "Internal Server Error."
