Srabanti Chatterjee launches new restaurant in Kolkata

Kolkata/IBNS: Bengali film actress Srabanti Chatterjee has recently launched a new restaurant in Kolkata.

The restaurant, named Devi Chowdhurani, offers Bengali culinary experience.

Named after the iconic Bengali revolutionary, it features a 150 year old menu that combines traditional and contemporary Bengali dishes, curated by the head chef to showcase the flavors of the region.

The restaurant’s elegant interiors draw inspiration from Bengal’s cultural heritage, providing a luxurious setting for diners.

Actress Srabanti Chatterjee said, "It’s wonderful to see a restaurant like Devi Chowdhurani that truly embodies the spirit of Bengali culture and cuisine.

"With Durga Pujo just around the corner, I encourage everyone to visit and experience this unique dining experience. I can’t wait to return with my family."

Triparna Mukherjee, the owner of Devi Chowdhurani, added, "Our goal is to create a space where people can connect with Bengal’s rich history through food.

"As we approach Durga Puja, we invite everyone to join us in celebrating the festival with a meal that honors our traditions."

The restaurant is located at Sector V, Salt Lake in Kolkata.
