Kolkata, Dec 12 (IBNS): Gone are the days when for a woman getting ready for the wedding would mean a group of female relatives and friends pouncing on the hapless bride and executing the bridal-do as they thought best.

Now, dressing for the wedding is a style statement, a mix of fashion and grace.

So, if you are worried about your great day, take a styling class from prostylists  Nilima Mitter and Rashmi Chowdhary of The Goat Post at the 'Style Secrets' workshop being held in collaboration with Kolkata-based fashion brand Ruceru.

You will learn the draping techniques -- from ghaghras to sarees to an evening gown or even a fusion --  that are most suitable for you.

The workshop, which will be held on Dec 15 at the Ruceru store, requires prior registration (contact: 98300 45720)
