JEE-Advanced exam for admission to IITs to be held on July 3: Ramesh Pokhriyal

New Delhi/UNI: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)-Advanced 2021, the exam for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) will be held on July 3, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' announced on Thursday.

The Minister further announced that eligibility criteria of scoring minimum 75 per cent in Class 12th has been relaxed for taking admission in IITs this year.

He further said that JEE (Advanced) - 2021 will be held as a computer-based test on July 3.

This year, the JEE (Advanced) will be conducted by IIT Kharagpur, the Minister added.
