The Indian government on Friday issued a high-risk warning for several Apple products, citing multiple vulnerabilities that might pose a threat to users and device security.

In a statement, the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) said: "Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in Apple products which could allow an attacker to access sensitive information, execute arbitrary code, bypass security restrictions, cause denial of service (DoS) conditions, bypass authentication, gain elevated privileges, and perform spoofing attacks on the targeted systems."

CERT-In said the affected products include iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and the Safari browser.

The organization on Wednesday (December 13, 2023) issued a similar warning for Samsung Galaxy phones.
