Haryana decides to reopen colleges from Nov 16

Chandigarh/UNI: The Haryana Government has decided to reopen colleges and universities from Nov 16 while online classes commenced from Monday.

An official spokesperson said that in view of the needs of students studying in colleges and universities, the State Government has decided to reopen government, government-aided, and private colleges and universities but with Standard Operating Procedures in place.

He said that academic staff will be present and if a student needs to clarify his doubts he can visit the college keeping in mind the norms of social distancing and following the guidelines of COVID-19.

All education institutions were closed in March following the outbreak of ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
