Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata offers special staycation package and food festival for Holi

Kolkata/IBNS: Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata is offering a staycation package and a separate food spread to celebrate Holi this year.

The Holi special staycation package this year will be available from March 27 to 29, 2021 at Rs 4700 (plus tax) with check in and check out at 11am and 2pm, respectively.

Under the package, guests can avail daily breakfast, dinner (buffet), and 15 per cent discount on Holi Khao-Galli Brunch as well as stay and food for kids up to 12 years of age (subject to two kids per room) free.

This year, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata is holding a special ‘Khao Galli’ themed menu for both lunch and dinner at its all-day dining, Kava on March 28 and 29, and ‘Boozy Phuchka’ at Vertex from March 26 to 29.

The elaborate buffet menu, available between 12.30pm and 3.30pm will feature an array of salads, soups, appetizers and mains.

Highlights from the menu includes salads such as Sprout Salad, Cucumber Salad, Mustard Potato Salad, appetizers such as Subz Shami Kebab, Crispy Chilli Baby Corn, Murgh Angara Tikka, mains such as Stir Fried Garlic Veg, Chicken in Black Beans Sauce, Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, Vegetable Lasagna, Paneer Khurchan, Subz Handi Diwani, Aloo Mughlai, Murgh Badshahi Biryani, Mirch Ka Salan, Dal Kabila, and Subz Biryani, desserts such as Shahi Tukra, Baked Boondi, Malai Kulfi, Malpua, Mango Passion Cake and Opera Slice.

Apart from the Thandai counter, there will also be counters for Chaat, Kolkata rolls, Kebabs, etc.

Vertex (between 12.30 pm and 11.30pm) will lay out a special spread of ‘phuchkas’ with a range of Vodka infused drinks apart from colourful cocktails such as Summertime Punch, Basilique, Ruthless, Mint on the Rocks, Blueberry Blush, Pomegranate Melange.
