JW Marriott Kolkata has both dine-in and home-delivery brunch options for Eid al-Adha this year

Kolkata/IBNS: JW Marriott Kolkata has curated special brunch menus, one for dine-in at their JW Kitchen outlet and the other for home delivery, for Eid al-Adha celebrations this year.

The home delivery menu can be ordered through the hotel's own delivery platform - Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels.

The home delivery menu consists of vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties’ such as ‘Fattoush with Crispy Pita, Sufiyani Paneer Tikka, Mutton Rogan Josh, Paneer Jhalfreji, Chicken Dum Biryani' served along with raita and mint chutney and of course Lachha Paratha for those appetising 'Gosht Shami Ke Kebabs'.

The menu also includes traditional desserts such as 'Kesar Phirni' and 'Basbousa'.

The offerings on the JW Kitchen’s Eid al-Adha brunch dine-in menu includes appetizers like 'Shish Tawook, Sufiyani Paneer Tikka' to a steaming hot soup section that includes 'Lamb harira with garlic and parsley and Sweet corn and vegetable'; Chicken Shawarmas with Falafel/ marinated olives/Baba Ghanoush; 'Spaghettis, Penne, Arborio, Mushroom Tortellini, Potato Gnocchi' with sauces of your choice; 'Haleem with Taftan' from the carvery section and 'Baked Samak Harra' in the western hot selection section.

You will also find classic Indian specialties like 'Mutton Dum Biryani, Mutton Rogan Josh, Chicken Rezala' or tit-bits like 'Samosa, Raj Kachori, Masala Papdi, Aloo Tikki' off the chat counter.

There's also the kebab station with 'Gosht Shami kebab, Reshmi Mahi tikiya', along with some Asian delicacies like 'Vegetable green Thai curry, Jasmine rice' and lighter options such as 'Fresh noodles, flat noodles, soba, button mushroom' at the teppanyaki station.

End your brunch on a sweet note choosing from a wide range of desserts on offer.

JW Marriott Kolkata has said every aspect of the Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels has been created with strict hygiene measures such as regular temperature checks, sanitization, protective gear worn by associates and delivery executives at every step, double layer packaging, contactless delivery and QR payments.

The Eid special menu is available between July 21 and 24, 2021.
