Uttar Pradesh: Woman journalist tests positive for Covid-19

Unnao/UNI: A woman journalist is reported to be tested positive of Covid 19 here on Sunday night.

Sources here on Monday said that the journalist a native of Madni Nagar in Gangaghat near the Unnao-Kanpur border was admitted to a dedicated Covid hospital in Kanpur.

Three members of the family of the journalist too have been taken to Kanpur and were kept in quarantine and their samples were taken for test.

According to sources the woman journalist had gone to the Kanpur medical college for test five days back after she complained of high fever.

But the doctors said it was just a flu and gave her medicines and refused to get her tested. Later she complained to the officials , after while her sample was taken two days back and the report was received of her positive of Covid 19 on Sunday night.
