All the new patients had come from other districts, include Mumbai and Solapur districts.

Dr Meenakshi Gajbhiye, Dean of government medical college, said of the seven, two each belong to Radhanagari, Shirol, Gadhinglaj tehsils and one from Kagal tehsil.

In view of the rising Coronavirus incidences in the district, Minister of State for Home Satej Patil has requested Mumbai Inspector General not to allow people to leave Mumbai for a few days as the situation was grim there with around 86,000 blood reports pending for investigation.
