Pakistan records 104 new COVID-19 deaths

Islamabad: Pakistan on Wednesday registered 104 new deaths due to COVID-19, taking the total fatality figure to 19856, media reports said.

As per the official data by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 41,771 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours from which 3,256 returned positive, reports Geo News.

The total caseload of confirmed virus cases in the country now stands at 886,184.

The coronavirus positivity rate now stands at 7.79 percent.
