Maharashtra hit by COVID-19: Two more test positive in Aurangabad

Aurangabad/UNI:  Two fresh cases of deadly novel coronavirus were reported here late Friday, taking the total number of cases to 20 in the district, health department official said on Saturday.

"A 29-year-old youth from Yadav nagar and a 40-year-old woman from Satara area were confirmed as corona positive late last night", Civil Surgeon Dr Sunder Kulkarni said.

Fear of getting contracted by the deadly virus has gripped the populace of the region as fresh cases are emerging on daily basis.

Mr Kulkarni said that as the crisis are deepening, it is putting forth a big challenge before district health department.
