Maharashtra: 20 fresh cases detected in Nagpur

Nagpur/UNI: Twenty more patients tested positive for coronavirus in Maharashtra's Nagpur on Sunday, a health official said.

With the latest development, the tally of the cases crossed the 500-mark, while the active cases have surged to 129 by Sunday evening.

According to the officials, the patients reportedly are the residents of Tandapeth, Sadar, Naik Talav, Bangladesh, Lokmanya Nagar and Golibar Chowk.

Meanwhile, the death toll of Nagpur rose to 10.

Fortunately, over 356 patients have successfully recovered from the pandemic and have so far been discharged from the government hospitals here, the official added.
