India witnesses highest spike in daily COVID-19 cases, death toll stands at 12573

New Delhi: India witnessed the highest daily spike of 13,586 COVID-19 cases, as per Indian government released data on Friday.

The number of COVID-19 cases in the country now stands at 3,80,532.

The death toll due to the highly infectious disease in India currently stands at 12573.

There are 163248 active cases in the country at present.

So far, 204710 people have recovered.
