Kolkata/IBNS: Vikram Sharma has been appointed as the Human Resource Director at JW Marriott Kolkata and will be responsible for the overall administration of recruitment, strategic HRM, training, and development, employee relations, and retention.

He will also handle strategic recruitment planning, manpower resource deployment, compliance,and documentation.

He started his career with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and later got associated with Marriott International.

Before joining JW Marriott Kolkata, he was the Human Resource Manager at Ritz Carlton Bangalore, Director of Human Resources at Jaipur Marriott Hotel and The Westin Pune.
