US start-up Quor brings search engine to find value-based content while keeping privacy in check

New Delhi:  Quor, a Silicon Valley tech start-up, said it has brought in a massive revolution in the World Wide Web with their new, user friendly search engine.

Quor aims to value the online content while securing its users thus empowering its users to search without being worried about their personal data being shared.

In addition, users get to read valuable content based on the quality of the articles and stories. It supports all types of text-based content, including news, articles, blogs, analysis, reports and research, among others.

Different versions and services of Quor are going to be available later this year, one of them being the Value Based Search.

Quor said users can now know the value of the content thanks to the patented pricing engine technology. Another amazing feature is that if a user would want to consume articles with a value-assign to it which are usually found behind a subscription pay wall, it said.

"They can now simply unlock the chosen article via Qoins which is a currency developed by Quor or via an advertisement. The fact that it uses deep learning algorithms automatically sets it apart from its contemporaries. Therefore, the users can now choose to consume the content based on the quality of the content with a value assigned to it, thanks to the pricing engine technology," said the company.

Illan Poreh, Founder, Quor Inc.,  said: “Till now, content was the only commodity online that didn’t have any value assign to it. With Quor, we not only protect users by not tracking their information but aim at providing valuable content to the users. The users will be able to compare the content and news based on value and make an informed choice as to which content they want to read.”
