Kolkata, Aug 22 (IBNS): True Balance, a leading mobile balance management service app, unveiled interesting features on its new version today, which enables users to manage, recharge and earn their rewards all in one go.

With over 40 million downloads so far, True Balance introduced another feature letting users pin their favorite contacts within the app. True balance is one of the first recharge apps in India offering these features as of now.

After receiving tremendous response from the ‘One-click Recharge’ feature, which was launched earlier in the year, True Balance with its new updated version adds a few exciting advancements to the application. The updated version of True Balance app can be downloaded from Google Playstore.

True Balance introduces this new format keeping in mind the ease of access of users where users can check, earn & recharge in one go with just one tap.

As for the usage, the pin feature of True Balance allows the user to pin up to 8 favorites in single sim and 7 in the dual sim and recharge them with just one tap. The recharge page would also show a history of recent recharges which make recharges the easiest for the users.  Hence, with the help of this feature, without typing the entire number to recharge, users can just select contacts from their phone book and recharge them instantly.

True Balance strives to make this new version user friendly as well as very exciting. With the new version, ways of earning have increased many fold, facilitating many ways through which users can earn rewards while recharging. Now the users can earn rewards not only on their recharges but on their friend’s recharges as well. First time your friend recharges by debit or credit card, you get Rs.10. On the other two subsequent recharges done by your friend by Debit/Credit card you get, Rs.5 each time.

Highlighting this new version, Charlie Lee, CEO, True Balance says, “We always believe in innovation and exploring new concepts in order to deliver our users better experience. This new version of True Balance is designed with simple features for its users who just have to tap on the Mobile recharge option to recharge, pin favorites and earn rewards. Our pervious features are extremely well-received amongst Indian users; we hope they will welcome the new features too.”

Launched in 2014, True Balance has been providing various features around managing phone bills to pre-paid users in India and allows users to know how much data has been consumed, how much money is left and how many days for the next recharge with just a swipe.

Focussing on the increasing trend of smartphone users in India, the app has successfully managed to garner more than 40 million downloads so far.
