Tata Power reinforces its international presence in 4 key regions

Mumbai/ Kolkata, Mar 9 (IBNS): Tata Power on Thursday said it is successfully executing several overseas projects.

To continue building their international portfolio, Tata Power has prioritised four key regions- Africa, South East Asia, the Middle East, SAARC (India Region).

The Company will continue to identify growth areas in these International geographies to further expand its presence and strengthen its portfolio globally.

Commenting on Tata Power's growing international presence, Anil Sardana, CEO & MD, Tata Power said, ““We have defined four regions for expansion globally namely Southeast Asia; Middle East cum Turkey; and Africa and have invested in resources to constantly update ourselves with the market dynamics in these regions. Tata Power will continue to evaluate various opportunities for providing management and technical advisory services in distribution business including possible partnerships in shortlisted geographies of interest. While the Indian market continues to remain our primary focus of business, we will continue to look for opportunities to investment in projects in these geographies to diversify and expand our portfolio.”
