Srijan Realty and Primus Senior Living introduces multi-generational community

Kolkata/IBNS: A collaboration of Srijan Realty and Primus Senior Living earlier this month presented an idea of a fully managed, purpose built, multi-generational senior living community set within Srijan Ganga City.

The group claimed it is a visionary township of about 60 acres on the banks of river Ganga. This aims to reshape the concept of living for individuals in their dotage, it says.

The space of each place here, is curated to reflect a well lived life, where people can live an independent life along with intentional care.

Keshav Agarwal, director of Srijan Realty, said, “This is our heartfelt response to the evolving needs of today's seniors. This isn't about caregiving, it's about crafting a lifestyle where every individual feels supported, connected, and celebrated."

The homes here are concocted as, a place that does not need any extra hazards and free of everyday chores, a 24/7 working sustainable system of all kinds, a meal enjoyed in great company along with free access to the kitchen, a comfortable and safe place to live and as well as a full time surveillance and support group at the ease.

“Multigenerational living is fast emerging as the future of residential spaces, blending tradition with modernity to meet the evolving needs of Indian families. As Eastern India's first multi-generational community, it will bring families closer, reviving the essence of India's joint family culture,"  said Adarsh Narahari, Founder and Managing Director of Primus.
