Rupee rises eight paise against USD
Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Friday improved by eight paise at 74.62 against the US Dollar in early trade, on fresh selling of USD by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The domestic unit moved up owing to the fragile dollar against other world currencies amid a weak opening in the stock market.
The Rupee registered days high and low at 74.65 and 74.60 respectively.
