No leadership structural changes on the anvil: Tata Sons Chairman Chandrasekaran

| @indiablooms | Sep 16, 2021, at 01:00 am

New Delhi/UNI: Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran on Wednesday said that no leadership structural change is on the anvil denying reports that the group is looking for a CEO as part of leadership makeover.

“I would like to state that no leadership structural changes are on the anvil, as speculated in certain sections of media. Any such decisions if relevant, are taken by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee," Chandrasekaran said in a statement.

"We are extremely disappointed with such stories that create disruption to regular operations,” he added

A section of the media had reported the salt-to-software conglomerate is planning an overhaul of the leadership structure and is looking to introduce the position of a Chief executive Officer (CEO).
