Mumbai/IBNS: Augnito, an advanced medical Voice AI solution, handed over the keys to a multi-purpose vehicle that can be used for conducting camps in the remotest of areas to DigiSwasthya, a health tech non-profit organization, to proliferate accessibility of healthcare across rural India.

DigiSwasthya’s on ground team will head to villages and conduct door to door campaigns to spread awareness about telemedicine and on how to avail a tele-consultation through the DigiSwasthya Foundation.

Sandeep Kumar, Founder of Digiswasthya, said, “On several occasions, we refer a patient to a hospital through our tie ups, but they don't have the means to reach these hospitals in tier one cities. We will be able to use the vehicle to help patients travel longer distances and reach hospitals for secondary and tertiary healthcare services.”

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Augnito partnered with DigiSwasthya to promote equality of healthcare reachability.

Rustom Lawyer, Co-Founder & CEO of Augnito, said: “At Augnito we believe that access to healthcare is a fundamental right for every human being including rural India and should not just be limited to urban centres."
