May retail inflation drops to 2.18%
New Delhi, June 12 (IBNS): Giving relief to people, retail inflation rate dropped to 2.18 per cent in May, government data released on Monday said.
The rate showed a downward movement as compared to 5.76 per cent in the same month of last year.
In April it stood at 2.99 per cent.
