Indian Rupee improves 4 paise against USD
Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Friday improved by four paise to settle at 73.55 against the US Dollar on fresh selling of US Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
A minor fluctuation was seen during the session on Friday.
Declining by two paise on Thursday, the local unit rose by four paise to 73.55 in early trade and finished at opening level only.
The domestic unit rose owing to weak dollar against other world currencies amid strong equity market, broker said.
The rupee registered intra days high and low at 73.60 and 73.55 respectively, he added.
