Mumbai/IBNS: Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited, a backward integrated real estate developer, announced that they are investing Rs 450 crores into their newest project in Telangana – Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells.

The residential gated community is located in Kompally, a residential belt in Hyderabad.

Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells is the brand’s second launch this year. Their previous launch was a luxury gated community project, Aparna Sarovar Zicon, located at Nallagandla, Hyderabad, a company release read.

This new project marks the 59th residential project of the company. Apart from the current project, ACEPL is planning to launch six more residential projects across Hyderabad and Bengaluru in the current fiscal year. In addition to its high-rise apartments, the company will also be launching two plotted layouts and three commercial projects this year, the company said.

According to the release, ACEPL's newly launched Telangana project is built on an expansive 10.5 acres that comprise 1,050 vaastu-compliant apartments spread across ten 15-story towers. The project comprises two BHK and three BHK apartments ranging from 1294 to 1911 sq. ft. The gated community will also include a massive 44,500 square feet clubhouse with an array of modern amenities and sports facilities. The project will be tentatively ready by March 2025.

Speaking about the company’s expansion plans, Rakesh Reddy, Director, Aparna Constructions & Estates Private Limited, said, “2021 is going to be a very crucial and positive year for Aparna Constructions. It marks the brand’s 25th anniversary and we want to celebrate the milestone with rapid expansion plans across all our markets as well as expansion of segments that we cater to.

"In the next five years, we are looking to build approximately 60 million square feet of projects. Our residential portfolio stands strong at 59 projects and we want to strengthen it further. We also want to fortify our presence in the commercial segment in the coming years, especially in Tier II and Tier III locations in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.”

“The south real estate market has been growing steadily with many young people preferring home buying over rentals. This reflects in our sales numbers as well, as despite Covid, there has been an increase compared to the last financial year, which is a testament to the customers’ trust in our brand. We want to further capitalize on this growing opportunity. We are not only looking to expand our portfolio to other projects such as plotted properties, but we are also looking forward to entering new markets in the South”, he added.

The company said Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells is an extension of the renowned Aparna Kanopy Township. The contemporary apartments are aesthetically designed and equipped with modern technology, it added. The project also has an extensive clubhouse with a wide range of amenities including a swimming pool, well-equipped gym, spa, outdoor and indoor game rooms, children’s play area, aerobics center, and a jogging track.

The project comes with convenient access to schools, colleges, hospitals, transport centers, entertainment zones, and industrial hubs in Kompally, it said.
