Afghanistan: AGO prosecutor shot dead in Kabul
Kabul: The Attorney General Office (AGO) prosecutor Tofan Umari died in a terror attack in Deh Sabz district of Kabul province on Sunday, media reports said.
AGO Spokesperson Jamshir Rasouli told Pajhwok Afghan News that Umari served in Bagram Jail.
He was killed in a terrorist attack while returning from Bagram, the news agency reported.
He had once worked as a journalist with Hasht-e-Subh newspaper.
No group has claimed the responsibility for the incident so far.
