New Delhi, Feb 19 (IBNS): At the fag end of his career, India's star cricketer MS Dhoni has added one more feather to his crown.

He broke the record of most catches by a wicket-keeper in T20 cricket.

Setting new record,  when Dhoni took the catch of Reeza Hendricks, the former Indian skipper picked his 134th catch in his 275th T20 match.

He shattered the record set by former Sri Lankan wicket-keeper Kumar Sangakkara.

He had 133 catches in 254 matches.

Dhoni joined the elite list by taking a smart catch off  Bhuvneshwar Kumar's bowling.

India defeated South Africa in the first T20 match of the series.
